Specializing in breeding and selling Poodle puppies at affordable prices, we stand by our puppies with a health guarantee. Within the initial ten days of bringing your new puppy home, a visit to a licensed veterinarian for examination is strongly recommended. If, during this period, the vet diagnoses your pup with a clinical illness or determines they have passed away from an injury or illness likely contracted before adoption, you have several options.
These options include returning the pup for a full refund, exchanging the pup for one of equal value, or keeping the pup and receiving reimbursement for reasonable veterinary fees, not exceeding the adoption price. Exceptions apply if a health certificate was provided at the time of sale, disclosing in writing any preexisting health problems.
If, within 30 days of adoption, a licensed veterinarian identifies a congenital or hereditary defect affecting your pup’s health or if your pup passes away from such a defect, the outlined options remain applicable. To exercise these options, notify the owner within two days of the vet’s certification, providing the examining veterinarian’s details. Failure to notify within this two-day period forfeits these rights.
